Welcome to Citicon Payroll and Accounting Systems Configuration for Trip Reports – Pumpcrete. This module allows you to manage and record Pumpcrete operations, including operator assignments, equipment details, and volume specifications to support accurate job tracking and payroll processing.

  1. Operator Assignment: Assign operators to specific Pumpcrete units for effective task tracking and accountability.

  2. Unit Identification: Maintain records of Pumpcrete equipment using designated numbers and types for streamlined asset management.

  3. Minimum Volume Setup: Specify the minimum volume requirements to establish baselines for trip or job rates.

  4. Pipe Requirement Configuration: Define the minimum number of pipes needed per assignment to align operational standards with compensation metrics.

Index Page

To access the Trip Reports - Pumpcrete Configuration. Go to Setup, select Configuration Settings, select HR & Payroll, select Trip Reports, then select Pumpcrete. Trip Reports-Pumpcrete Index1

a. Adjust the paging, ordering, and sorting of the Trip Reports - Pumpcrete Page here.
b. Select the Add button to add new data.
c. Search for specific record details using the search bar.
d. View or Edit a record by selecting the folder button.

Add Records

  1. Select the Add button to add a new record. Trip Reports-Pumpcrete Add1
  2. Input the necessary details for your new record.

Show Records

Update Records

  1. Select the folder button of the record which you want to edit. Trip Reports-Pumpcrete Update1

  3. Select a detail section which you want to edit, and enter the necessary changes.
