Holidays - Rates Configuration

Welcome to Citicon Payroll and Accounting Systems Configuration for Holiday Rates. This section allows you to manage and set up various holiday pay rates that apply to your workforce. Accurate configuration ensures that employees are compensated appropriately during special and regular holidays based on company policy and government mandates.

Key Purposes

  1. Define Holiday Pay Rates: Assign specific rate percentages for different types of holidays such as regular or special non-working days.
  2. Maintain Accurate Records: Utilize entry numbers and codes for easier tracking and reference of each holiday rate setup.
  3. Customize Holiday Names and Descriptions: Label each holiday setting clearly for internal clarity and payroll interpretation.
  4. Set Active/Inactive Status: Enable or disable holiday rates as needed to match updated labor laws or organizational changes.
  5. Support Payroll Computation: Provide the necessary parameters to ensure holiday premiums are computed accurately during payroll processing.

Index Page

To access the Holidays - Rates Configuration. Go to Setup, select Configuration Settings, select HR & Payroll, then select Holidays - Rates. Holiday Rates Index1

a. Adjust the paging, ordering, and sorting of the Holidays - Rates Page here.
b. Search for specific record details using the search bar.
c. View or Edit a record by selecting the folder button.

Show Records

Update Records

  1. Select the folder button of the record which you want to edit. Holiday Rates Update1
  2. Select the Edit button to update the details of the record. Holiday Rates Update2
  3. Select a detail section which you want to edit, and enter the necessary changes.
    All fields with an asterisk (*) are required to be filled up. Holiday Rates Update3
  4. Select the Save button to save the changes you have made. Holiday Rates Update4
