Welcome to Citicon Payroll and Accounting Systems - Tally Sheet (Per Day) module. This module is designed for the daily monitoring and recording of concrete delivery operations, providing a detailed log of each load from dispatch to arrival at the plant.

Key Purposes

Daily Operational Tracking: Provide a real-time, day-by-day record of all concrete loads, including their departure and arrival times, and associated delivery details.
Volume Monitoring: Track individual and cumulative concrete volumes for each day, aiding in production planning and inventory management.
Driver and Vehicle Accountability: Link each load to a specific driver and transit mixer (TM) number, ensuring accountability and optimizing resource allocation.
Operational Efficiency Insights: Capture plant arrival and leave times, enabling analysis of cycle times and identification of potential bottlenecks in the delivery process.
Data Export for Analysis: Allow for the generation and export of daily tally sheets over a specified date range, facilitating detailed operational reporting and historical data review.

To access Tally Sheet (Per Day). Go to Accounting, select Sales, Billings, & Collections, select Tally Sheet, then select Per Day.

a. Input the necessary details here to generate entries.
b. Select this button to Export the entries you have generated.

Generate Entries

Set the Date Range of the entries you wish you generate.
The Date Range must either be equal or shorter than 3 months.
Input the Plant/s you wish to generate entries from.
Select the Generate button.
