Welcome to Citicon Payroll and Accounting Systems - Inventory (Issuance Report) module. This module provides a comprehensive overview of all inventory items issued, offering detailed insights into material consumption, costs, and allocation for effective resource management.

Detailed Material Consumption Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports of all issued inventory, providing insights into what materials were consumed, by whom, and at what cost.
Cost Allocation and Project Budgeting: Link issued quantities to their corresponding prices and total amounts, aiding in accurate cost allocation for projects and departmental budgets.
Accountability and Resource Tracking: Track which plant issued the materials and to whom, ensuring accountability for inventory usage and facilitating resource planning.
Efficiency and Utilization Insights: Offer insights into the efficiency of material utilization, identifying areas for potential savings or process improvements.
Data Generation and Export for Analysis: Allow for the generation of issuance reports and their export as CSV, facilitating further analysis, auditing, and integration with financial systems.

Index Page

To access the Inventory (Issuance Report). Go to Accounting, select Purchases, Vouchers & Inventories, select Inventory, then select Issuance Report. a. Adjust the paging, ordering, and sorting of the entries here.
b. Input the necessary details here to generate entries.
c. Select this button to export entries in CSV format.
d. Search for specific entry details using the search bar.

Generate Entries

Set the Date Range of the entries you wish you generate.
Input the Plant/s you wish to generate entries from.
Select the Generate button.
