Welcome to Citicon Payroll and Accounting Systems - Inventory (Inventory Lists) module. This module provides a real-time, comprehensive overview of all inventory items, enabling accurate tracking of stock levels and efficient management of materials across various plant locations.

1. Real-time Stock Visibility: Provide an up-to-date listing of all inventory items, including their descriptions, units, and quantities, across different plant locations.
2. Accurate Stock Level Tracking: Monitor the total quantity of items delivered and issued, allowing for precise calculation of remaining stock for each inventory entry.
3. Efficient Material Management: Support efficient inventory control by providing clear data on material availability, aiding in procurement planning and preventing stockouts.
4. Location-Specific Inventory Control: Categorize inventory data by plant, offering detailed insights into stock levels at each operational site.
5. Data Generation and Export for Analysis: Allow for the generation of current inventory lists and their export as CSV, facilitating further analysis, auditing, and record-keeping.

Index Page

To access the Inventory (Inventory Lists). Go to Accounting, select Purchases, Vouchers & Inventories, select Inventory, then select Inventory Lists. a. Adjust the paging, ordering, and sorting of the entries here.
b. Input the necessary details here to generate entries.
c. Select this button to export entries in CSV format.
d. Search for specific entry details using the search bar.

Generate Entries

1. Input the Plant/s you wish to generate entries from.
   
2. Select the Generate button.
   Select this button to recompute the inventories in the system.
