Inventory - Daily Deliveries

Welcome to Citicon Payroll and Accounting Systems - Inventory (Daily Deliveries) module. This module is designed to meticulously record and track all inventory items delivered on a daily basis, providing a precise log for stock updates and material flow monitoring.

Key Purposes

Daily Delivery Documentation: Provide a detailed, day-by-day record of all incoming inventory deliveries, capturing essential details such as the plant location, item descriptions, and quantities received.
Accurate Stock Inflow Tracking: Monitor the precise quantity of items delivered each day, allowing for accurate and timely updates to inventory levels.
Material Flow Monitoring: Offer insights into the daily influx of materials, aiding in short-term planning and reconciliation with procurement records.
Location-Specific Delivery Control: Categorize delivery data by plant, offering granular insights into material receipts at each operational site.
Data Generation and Export for Analysis: Allow for the generation of daily delivery reports and their export as CSV, facilitating further analysis, auditing, and integration with other inventory processes.

Index Page

To access the Inventory (Daily Deliveries). Go to Accounting, select Purchases, Vouchers & Inventories, select Inventory, then select Daily Deliveries. a. Adjust the paging, ordering, and sorting of the entries here.
b. Input the necessary details here to generate entries.
c. Select this button to export entries in CSV format.
d. Search for specific entry details using the search bar.

Generate Entries

Set the Date Range of the entries you wish you generate.
Input the Plant/s you wish to generate entries from.
Select the Generate button.
